Payment Options
We accept
credit cards, personal checks, mission checks, and money orders.
We are also happy to invoice your mission agency directly as long
as you can provide the email and phone number of the person in your
agency that handles such invoices.
Though we are
happy to ship overseas (see Shipping
FAQs), we can only accept payment in U.S. funds
drawn on a U.S. bank. Please be sure that your check
or money order has a U.S. bank address on the front.

Using Credit Cards (Paypal)
Most companies
cover their fees for using credit cards by raising the prices of
all of their products. Because our primary
vision is to provide a financial break for you as ministers, we
felt like that would be going in the opposite direction of our goals.
So we set our prices without including charges for a credit card
use. For those who want the convenience of a credit card we offer
Paypal as on online service to take it. For those orders and only
those orders we add a "Paypal charge" (2.9%) to cover
the credit card fees for the service. This way we do not raise the
price for those of our customers who are just as happy using checks.

Extra Proofs
All photo editing
and layout is included in the price. If your picture needs a particularly
large amount of editing, we will call you and work with you to find
a fair and reasonable solution. We promise two FREE
email proofs, but there is an additional option for
proofs which will cost a little more if you want to use it:
- Additional
email proofs - If you require more than two proofs (few
people ever do), there is an additional $10 charge
per proof. This charge is not for the proof itself, but for the
additional labor our designers need to put into re-working your
card for a third or fourth time. We will require payment for additional
proofs before sending your card to print.

Why Do You Require Full Payment Before Design Begins?
Even though
we are selling a product, our designers are paid for the time
they spend designing your card. If a customer orders a card without
feeling sure he wants to purchase, then the designer spends his
time designing without being paid. For this reason, we ask that
you be fairly certain that you want to order with us before sending
in your order. Obviously, there will be times when we simply cannot
create a satisfactory design, no matter how much you or we try
to do so. In such situations, we are more than happy to work out
a solution including a full refund (see
below for conditions). The request for full payment
is an effort simply to deter casual inquirers. Given
this, if you need to make a special request regarding payment
or for a payment plan, please contact
us, and we will work out something to serve you as best we
can.

Refund Policy
If
at any time before the printing process you feel sure that we are
not going to create something you will like, we will be happy to
give you a full refund.
If, however,
you find after you have approved your order that, upon receipt of
your cards, they are significantly flawed, we will need to work
out a plan on a case-by-case basis. We hope (as you do) that such
a situation will not come up. But if it does we want to work towards
your satisfaction. The nature of the flaw will define how we can
help you. If there was an error in the printing, then we will have
our printers reprint the order. We will ask, in such a situation,
that you return the unacceptable cards. If the design you approved
simply does not look as good as you thought it would, but there
are no obvious errors on our part, we will be happy to work out
a partial refunding, or a reprinting at our expense. We would again
like you to return any photos that will need to be replaced.
